No PCIe Gen 4 support exists for 10th generation processors, making it impossible to run them at Gen 4 speeds. You might consider purchasing an 11th generation CPU or a Z490 board, since the advanced capabilities of Z590 are only available with newer chips. A 970 EVO board could be a good fit if you're sticking with a 10th generation processor, as they behave quite similarly on Gen 3.
