Good evening everyone,

Setup details: CPU i7-10700, Motherboard MSI Z490, 32GB G.Skill RAM at 3600MHz, CL34 PSU, Seasonic Prime Platinium 1300W.

Issue with graphics card: 1080Ti Aourus Extreme edition. Switched to an older Radeon (4550). When I press power button, on the motherboard B3 I see "DXE Progress Codes B3 System Reset After a few seconds my monitor is switching off and I cannot go into BIOS. All Loops working."

Need assistance. Thank you in advance. No need for long explanations—just your help.
