Hello!
I've been trying to find a tool for 2 days now that can create my face image in a Disney/Cartoon 3D style. I want the avatar or character saved for later use, like for thumbnails, so I can easily switch expressions such as funny, sad, happy, angry, or thoughtful.
During this search, I checked YouTube and mostly found AI tools that don’t produce similar faces. The characters aren’t remembered well, which is a problem. Anyone have any suggestions or help?

I discovered this through a rough Google search. If it doesn't match your needs, maybe you could adjust the settings in Photoshop?

I've already attempted that...
Based on the latest details, it seems the concept came from a caricature. AI uploaded his image, and 700 pictures were generated for him.
I inquired about the source of the AI, but he couldn't recall any information.
