Hi, I'm trying to solve an issue with your great-grandmother's TV and sound bar. Whenever she turns the sound bar on, it gets muted and switches to static from the channel she's watching. She uses an AfterShock Open Ear Bluetooth headphones because the sound was too loud for her great-grandfather, but she wants to return to using the sound bar. She has a Yamaha SPY 1000 with a Samsung Plasma TV (Series 8, 850-860). If anyone can help, that would be really appreciated.
