Hello. I restarted my system due to a memory leak issue. It froze during shutdown, so I kept the power button pressed. Now it starts up with lights on but no action. The motherboard code shows 00 and remains unchanged. Fans are running very fast. No output appears on the screen. Clearing the CMOS didn’t help. All connections seem correct, and I’ve tried removing everything except the power supply, but the same result occurs. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the bios is knackered ... Id try updating it If this no work, please list the make of motherboard.

It's an ASUS B650E with Wi-Fi. Updating the BIOS might be tricky—I'll check the manual first.
