I just completed a new build that my son recommended using one of the suggested gaming configurations from this site. I've assembled two PCs, with the most recent in 2022, and all of them came with a DVD containing the motherboard. This particular build didn't include a DVD. When we power it on, the screen appears black.

Here are the details:
CPU: intel core i5-14600kf
Motherboard: Gigabyte z790 gaming X AX
GPU: RTX4060 Ti
RAM: crucial pro 32 GB (x4 x 32 GB)
Storage: WD black SN850x (2 TB)
Case: LIAN LI Lancool 216RX
Cooler: PS120 Thermalright PS120SE CPU air cooler
I'll share photos of the motherboard soon.

Hello there! Please note the make and model of your power supply unit. You'll need a donor PC or laptop to obtain drivers for your motherboard and GPU. With the mentioned donor machine, it's recommended to prepare a bootable USB installer for your operating system. Your RAM should be 32 GB (four 8 GB modules). If you're installing in BIOS, check if any of the diagnostic LED lights are on.

Connect the monitor to the GPU. You may have to upgrade the BIOS to enable booting with that CPU. Refer to the manual for instructions on using Q-Flash.

Small update: No manual came with this motherboard, but I managed to locate one online.
The manual mentions four small LED lights labeled CPU, DRAM, BOOT, and VGA.
When I power on the PC, alternating LED lights appear on the CPU and DRAM.
I removed the CPU cooler and double-checked the chip for proper orientation, as well as the RAM to ensure it was securely connected. Everything seemed correct, yet the issue remains unsolved.
Additionally, the motherboard isn't responding [hard wired via USB]. I tested it on another PC, which worked properly, but on my new system the keyboard fails to light up.
