Typically X570 boards can start up in BIOS with 5000 series if they have AGESA version 2.0.0.2 or higher. You’ll need to download the BIOS Update file from another computer before it will boot into Windows.

He brought the components into the shop (said he understood it would be quick) and within about ten minutes we left with their board completely refreshed. The time spent was surprisingly low given how fast the work got done in the store (download, transfer, update).
