I just found out the X570 doesn’t come with the AMD 5000 series CPU. That means I’ll end up with a non-functional board and processor unless I upgrade to a 3000 series CPU and install new BIOS—something I’d rather avoid. I checked Amazon for the Gigabyte Aorus AMD x570 PRO and it’s available, but I’m not sure if updating via USB works without an installed CPU. Any suggestions?

Two of my friends received the 5000 series Ryzen on release with a new motherboard. One managed to boot into BIOS but only after updating the BIOS, while the other couldn't start at all, seeing just a black screen. The BIOS flashback worked and he was up shortly afterward. I just want to note that not every board comes with a BIOS preloaded for the 5000 series.
It's alright, I just managed to cancel my Amazon order. I only purchased it this morning and should get my money back in 5-7 days. In the meantime, i'll try and find a 5000 ready series board instead. Thanks for the comments everyone.
