I own a Ryzen 7 3700X along with several 3 i5-6600K units because they’re available for free. Sometimes they toss out CPUs, GPUs, and motherboards, which is why I even have a GTX 750TI that’s starting to fail. My processor has bent pins and two missing ones. I’m curious if it can still work with just two pins left. (No photo, just from memory.)

You can spot which pins are absent using the provided pin diagram. A few ground pins are missing, which isn’t likely catastrophic. Missing memory or PCIe pins could disrupt device connections and prevent system boot. Don’t worry about how the pins got damaged—if the CPU took a big hit, it might only be useful as a keychain now.
