I have a connection speed of 1000 Mbps, yet it takes 1.5 hours to upload a 10 GB video. The reason could be related to the file size, upload duration, or network conditions during the transfer.

Depending on your location, I believe this applies. In the EU, content providers are required by law to set up procedures that prevent any uploads from containing protected material. There is a significant amount of copy-protected content available globally, making it a major challenge to manage. I assume you're likely in Turkey, but YT would need to follow the same process for every upload to legally make content accessible to EU users as well.

I've attempted to upload videos repeatedly, but it remains limited to 20 Mb/s in Task Manager. I believed I could upload videos smoothly at such a high speed.

It's likely not your system.
Maybe the end server or a middle part.
You don't have any say in that.
