I allowed it to finish loading up to 30% before beginning. However, the 1080p trailers on my HDD also consume CPU power. I plan to watch a little more and return tomorrow. It's late night in Australia.
It seems your CPU is running at maximum in Chrome. At 1080p it's only 0.8%, but it jumps to 30% during the movie. Could be network usage or background processes affecting it. Not sure what's causing it.
