I'm facing an issue where my uploaded videos appear at 360p even though they're actually 720p. The rendering was done using Vegas Pro 12.0 (64-bit). Please assist me.

Allow the video to finish processing, then the 720p option should become visible.

YouTube needs to process every video at various sizes. The smaller versions load first, while higher resolutions appear later. Your 720p is included.
