You uploaded a video at 60 frames per second. It seems to run smoothly at that rate on YouTube, and you're wondering if others are also maintaining 60fps. You're considering sticking with it while others might be using different settings.

It doesn't seem to be 60 FPS as I see it. It looks like YouTube isn't fully supporting it just yet—maybe only a handful of videos are approved during testing.

Clicking right on the clip and selecting "stats for nerds" displays the frame count. Your average was 29.96 frames per second.
