You had to wait a bit longer for YouTube to handle higher quality content.

I rendered the game at its maximum quality and shot it on the highest settings. The file size is around 2.5 gigabytes for a five-minute clip. I uploaded it myself instead of using the in-game uploader. It's been roughly seven hours since the upload.

I'm using a setup that supports 4K recording. Make sure the resolution is set to 4K and the frame rate matches your needs. I suggest around 30 frames per second. This helps because YouTube's 4K release isn't universal yet, so you might end up with a 60fps 1080p video after upload instead of the intended 30fps 4K.

As mentioned earlier, I saved it in GTAV. The recording was made within the game itself.

You're relying on the built-in in-game recorder? It's unclear what format it captures or how you might adjust it. Consider using ShadowPlay for better control.

The file I downloaded works perfectly on my device, but when shared on YouTube it only shows in 1080p and appears poor quality.
