Your device is handling this independently. You won’t find installation details there. Visit Steam, go to properties, and check local files—then look for the directory.

I downloaded it from Steam. It’s weird—I have no idea how I ended up there. I remember the place, but I can’t reach it via NMM.

It wasn't until I updated the mod manager to the newest release that I managed to locate Fallout 4. Everything else remains unclear.
