We can only estimate the issue unless you provide more details about your PC. Could you share the specifications of your old motherboard and the new one? Also, let us know if you replaced the CPU and whether your system boots up at all. What type of SSD are you using—SATA or NVMe? Are you connected to a shared port that might affect performance?

I use an ASUS board now with an Asus board, I swapped the CPU and added an SSD.

I upgraded from an ASUS H110M-R with an i5 6400 to an Asus H470M-HDV with an i5 10400F. After the upgrade, I saw a YouTube video suggesting I enable CSM, which I did and it booted into Windows.
