I recently set up Windows 10 on a new computer, but the screen resolution became stuck at 640x480 and looks gray. My system specs are: Ryzen 5 5600G, Gigabyte B550M K2x8 Kingston Fury Beast 3200MHz, Coolermaster MWE v2 Bronze 80 Plus 750W TForce Cardea Z44L, and a 1TB SSD. I’m having trouble adjusting it and need assistance.

Hey there, did you attempt to set up graphics drivers? Not that I care, but often the lack of higher resolution selection points to faulty driver installation. Great job on your new build! For optimal performance, download the most recent APU and Chipset drivers from your motherboard maker's site, plus the AMD Adrenaline driver and accompanying software from AMD's page. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B55...er-chipset https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-r...aphics/amd The tool here helps Windows recognize all hardware components and their supported resolutions.
