You're stuck with a locked platform key on your motherboard—help is needed!
Hello! I was attempting to play Valorant after updating to Windows 11. The game would crash and prompt me to enable secure boot. I went into BIOS to set it up and received instructions to activate the platform key. After saving and exiting, turning on the PC resulted in a black screen. I tried using the Q Flash function, but it only worked briefly before shutting down. A CPU debug light also lit up during the process. Assistance needed!
I experienced the same issue just two days ago. The steps are: open BIOS, navigate to Boot, select Secure Boot, and look for an option like "Reset Factory Defaults." This changes only the Secure Boot settings, not all your configurations. By default, Secure Boot is turned off, but enabling it at factory defaults restores that behavior. Let me know if this clarifies things!
It seems the additional information wasn't included. Could you clarify what you meant by "the other stuff"?
