You’ve just installed GTA V and are facing frequent stutters. Your system details are: 16GB RAM, Intel i5 4690K, GTX 750TI, Windows 10. You’ve adjusted settings but the issue persists. Need assistance?

Are there several storage devices connected to your computer? People often report slow performance when using Windows alongside a primary hard drive while playing games like GTA V.

Do you possess an SSD? It's not really a high-speed graphics card, is it?

Looks like the GPU is the main issue. My friend was able to hit around 60 frames per second with lower and medium settings, though it wasn't consistent.

I've sent a Seal team to help you. Please try reinstalling your video card drivers—suggest removing the existing one using DDU in safe mode. Keep in mind that PIN login won't work in safe mode if Windows is configured that way. https://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display...oad,1.html It's not ideal, but it should perform similarly to my old 7850, which ran the game even at the lowest settings (though it did so when GTA V launched for PC).

When playing online, you're likely facing high latency because servers are busy and not handling this much traffic. Using an HDD combined with a low-end GPU will cause problems. Offline play feels different—it's more immersive but slower due to the lack of real-time data.

It struggled significantly during 1080p tests, becoming nearly playable, yet performed almost flawlessly at 1440p with 120hz. The game feels odd to me. I captured more frames at 4k ultra compared to 1080p ultra.

I don’t have an SSD and my GPU isn’t very powerful. I’m able to play now, but it’s still quite slow whenever I press Esc to switch maps or something similar.
