You're starting from scratch with Linux and trying to set up Mint.
You're just starting with Linux and trying Mint via the universal USB installer. You followed a YouTube guide, but when you boot from the USB, you encounter an error about "no irq handler for vector" and your screen goes blank. Your system specs include an ASUS Tuf X570 motherboard, Ryzen 3600 CPU, Corsair Vengeance RAM (2 x 8GB), and an RTX 2070 graphics card. This suggests you might be running a newer BIOS or firmware version that conflicts with the installer. Check your BIOS settings for any updates or compatibility notes related to USB booting and virtualization support. If needed, try updating your BIOS or using a different installation method.
that's a known linux kernal error with x570 boards. I've seen a few people get around it with some GRUB script editing on https://blackonsole.org/no-irq-handler-for-vector/
