Hmm, seems odd. Check if the router has a proxy setup in the configuration. Verify the location—did you purchase it in Lebanon or from someone there? If needed, adjust the Google account settings to Israel and choose the appropriate currency or payment method. I can't pinpoint the exact details without a Google account, but it should be straightforward once you locate it.

These "Android TV units" may be available with a VPN for circumventing local content blocks. Consider these steps: restart your modem, try streaming on another gadget, remove any saved data, sign out from YouTube and sign back in with new details.

Review the DNS configurations in your router... it might use a server from Lebanon. Switch it to a free option like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4), or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220). Some websites identify the DNS server based on your location, returning different IPs depending on where the query originates.

Your IP address seems to be showing data from a different location than expected. It might help reaching out to your internet service provider to report the issue. Attempting to resolve it yourself would require informing the geoIP service Google uses, which is usually handled by your ISP.
