I'm dealing with a serious issue right now. The system locked up and I'm seeing a critical error. After trying to recover and restart, it's still stuck on the manufacturer logo and doesn't boot properly. The data is crucial, so I need help quickly.

Stop attempting to activate it. Ensure the information is secure by removing the drives if necessary. Utilize another functional computer to create a complete backup of your storage. If unavailable, have the drives professionally repaired. After confirming the data is protected, return for further assistance to diagnose the issue.

He stated that. However, I worry your system won’t start unless it appears in the boot settings within the BIOS.

Restart your computer and select the "Keep My Files" choice. This should resolve the issue.
