I've always thought that on this forum, as long as you mention something positive about Apple, there'll be people rushing to help you...

I don't have any issues with Apple except for their exclusive ports or the cost. If they offered better value, I'd switch immediately. I also used to own an iPhone 4s, which worked fine for me, but now I favor Android.

I believe some of my previous remarks may have upset certain people here. It's encouraging to see constructive conversations happening around here too. I moved to r/mac and r/apple for a while. It seems that casual observers or critics often focus more on discussions about products rather than personal opinions. I understand that consumers can be biased, and I just find it frustrating when those who show no interest in Apple's offerings criticize the company excessively. Ultimately, the mindset of "as long as I dislike onions, whoever likes onions is a fool" feels limiting. Hope you can avoid reinforcing such one-sided views as you grow older.

Apps are now often bundled with OSX/MacOS. If you prefer, you can transfer them to another device for backup, or re-download them if they aren’t installed by default. Hope this helps with your MacBook—don’t hesitate to ask if you need more!
