I am not familiar with any such concerns. Most z790 boards appear to use identical Intel networking chips for both 2.5G LAN and Wi-Fi. Could you provide more details about the situation you are referring to?

These are the concerns I have, the rest appears normal. Thank you all for your ongoing support—it really means a lot.

Most of the issues connected to it are from about a year ago. If you don’t want any problems, opt for a motherboard with a Realtek LAN controller. Something like this Gigabyte board will work just fine. Its specifications clearly mention the use of a Realtek LAN chip.

Thank you for choosing the MSI option and allowing everything to unfold naturally, we'll see how things develop afterward.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. I noticed you placed all but the PSU from the seller who said it was out of stock and recommended an MSI Mag A850GL at ATX 3.0. Would it be alright if I consider getting that instead?

I favor PSUs that are clearly listed without guesswork. Corsair, Seasonic, Super Flower, etc. I’m sure the MSI unit comes from a reputable OEM. The Corsair model I was suggested is still a solid choice:

A stronger option would be an ATX 3.0 PSU with the 12/16 pin high power connector:
