I'm searching for offline options since I only have limited internet access and don't want to use up all my data. Modifying Skyrim Legendary Edition seems like a good idea, but I've already finished the game on Xbox. I enjoy RPGs and MMORPGs but can't keep playing MMOs anymore because I have six accounts and they're frustrating. I might remove WoW later after a bad experience and haven't found anyone to play with. Borderlands 2 is also on Xbox, so I don't want that either. Please suggest games priced at $20 or less for digital downloads or free options. I just need something new to play.

Tomb Raider was great Or any of any of the Arkham games (if for some reason you haven't played them) Or buy a flash drive. Those things are insanely useful.

Lol no, they are full of 13 year olds who give their pocket money for god tier items and just run about oneshotting everything. And OP wants an offline game. @OP Since you liked Skyrim, have you tried the Fallout games yet? I recommend Fallout 3 + Fallout New Vegas .

played once, watched three, and never really enjoyed it overall. I’ve always preferred melee battles in RPGs and bows in MMOs.

Being part of a private server with 13-year-olds who rely solely on god-tier gear means you're not on the right place.

Private servers are really just for pikies. @OP What about The Witcher? There are two of them. You can purchase them from these links. A third one is expected soon, aiming to wrap up the saga.
