You're just starting with computers and are facing issues with booting up. Let's try to figure this out together.
I began my project using a machine I already owned. It was missing some parts. I only had the motherboard and the CPU; there was no graphics card installed. My target device is a Dell Inspiron 5675, and I’m using an AMD A10 7000 series quad-core processor. I suspect the issue might be with the RAM I purchased—specifically the Klevr DDR4 3200 MT/s. The system reports a maximum of 2400 MT/s, and all power fans are running but there’s no display output. Please help me resolve this.
Initially this data comes from 2014 (probably) and mainly focus on providing 2400mt/s of RAM.
Check the manual for your motherboard before proceeding. You can find it here: https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-...3fd4b4e775
I received mixed details about this machine. The 5675 is noted for DDR4 memory, while the A10 7000 supports DDR3. Can we determine the precise processor model? Because you can't fit a DDR4 RAM stick into DDR3 slots, it seems your motherboard likely has DDR4 ports. The 3200 MT/s RAM is an overclock setting; its real rating probably ranges from 2133 to 2666 MT/s. That means 2400 should work fine. Have you booted without using a boot drive? You should see the BIOS or receive a message like "Boot OS not detected." Let me know if this clarifies anything.
