I'll test 1 and 3, I have the gigabyte aorus master but I can't use it because I don't have any more thermal paste. Still, I'm pretty sure the CPU was seated correctly.

I followed your instructions exactly, and it worked out fine. Now I'm going to test all four together and watch what happens.

I'm 90% confident it's a timing issue, not anything else. Could you capture the timing and subs?

Adjust DRAM voltage to 1.35 V by hand. Manually set Vccio and Vccsa to approximately 1.15 V.

If it doesn't function properly, adjust the tRAS to a 42 Command rate, which is likely acceptable.
