My gaming A520M-plus has a Wi-Fi motherboard. When I power on the PC, I’m directed to BIOS and haven’t found any default boot priorities set.

On startup, PC prioritizes booting from F12 or F8 based on the motherboard. Check if your hard drives appear and contain a Windows boot image.
