Hey, you just installed new SSDs for your desktop and laptop. Right now you're at the setup screen where you pick the drive. You mentioned Drive 0 is your new SSD and Drive 1 is your HD. Since you don’t want to lose anything on the HD, you can safely delete it. To make sure it installs on the SSD, just follow the on-screen instructions for that specific drive. Be careful with the steps—don’t worry about making mistakes. Thanks!

You can set up Windows on your SSD by installing it on drive 0. Once operational, you can clear the previous installation from your HDD using the disk manager and then format it.

I took a bit too early and removed the HD now. Should I format the SSD immediately before choosing it?

There will be two left. Click [New] to create another one. [ It will generate extra partitions like system/recovery etc that’s okay just click yes and do the same for the second storage] Make sure you do this for both main storage and once you do that choose the primary you want to install Windows on and click next. Simple as that

Sure, I got that done. Just select Drive 0 - Partition 2 and install Windows there. It should work fine with your SSD.

Check your USB drive carefully—if it's a Windows installation media, it might need to be reinstalled each time you use it. But if it's a bootable ISO, you can usually keep it on your laptop without reinstalling unless you're transferring files or making changes. Make sure the drive is properly formatted and compatible before trying to move it between devices.

If the ISO is already set and current, you don’t need to remove it from the USB. In the future, any new updates will be applied via a more extended procedure during the Windows update.

It's all about what you prefer. You can get the newest or the older version depending on your needs. Just remember, you don't have to re-burn the same ISO onto the USB again. And if you're okay with it, [Mark solved] is fine.
