Hi, I installed Android x86 on my 120 GB SSD and now want to run Windows 7. I have an app that can't be installed with Windows 10, and I'm having trouble deleting the disk even after trying to wipe it or create a new ISO. The SSD is on my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. Someone could possibly help me erase the partition? Thanks!

Consider using a boot disk with partition management tools such as Partition Magic or Partition Logic. Alternatively, remove it and connect it as a secondary drive to another machine.

Use DiskPart during the Windows installation. Press Shift and F10 to open it. Enter "list disk" followed by the SSD number (replace * with its ID). Exit cleanly. You can now restart the setup. Be aware that running DiskPart will erase the partition table on the chosen drive, so proceed carefully.

Following the action revealed the disk as unallocated, yet selecting the next partition indicates it needs a minimum of 5722 MB free, while the SSD currently holds 111.8 GB available.

Have you made sure to reload the list before proceeding? Avoid clicking "New" and instead select "Unallocated Space," then press Next. You might also want to restart the Windows Installer.

Set up a useful tool such as MiniTool Partition Wizard for smoother operation.
