I've faced several challenges with customers trying to upgrade their laptops purchased under warranty to Windows 10. Most devices are Vista Core 2 dual-system boards equipped with either Ati Radeon or GeForce graphics cards. These cards performed well on Windows 7, and occasionally I managed to get them work on Windows 8. The main issue is that these GPUs are no longer supported on Windows 10. This has been a significant concern for both me and previous clients. I'm curious if anyone else has encountered the same problem and what solutions they used. Did you revert to Windows 7 or find compatible drivers for Windows 10? I really hope this situation is resolved, as Microsoft seems to have put me in a difficult position. Honestly, it's frustrating when people can simply click upgrade without understanding the potential consequences, especially since many are relying on this process today.
