Hey there, I've noticed your PC isn't connecting properly to the internet anymore. Even though everything seemed fine before, Chrome and the troubleshooter are reporting a DNS issue. You've already tried several fixes—reinstalling the LAN driver, changing the DNS to 8888-8844, and running various reset commands—but nothing seems to work. Other devices on your switch are functioning normally, so it looks like the hardware is okay. You mentioned IPv4 works but IPv6 doesn't. Could you share more details about the IPv6 settings or any error messages you're seeing? Thanks for your patience!

It seems like there might be a software problem, but you’re online. Launch Edge and check if the same issue occurs.

It seems the problem isn't related to anything you manage. Your device is online and the issue appears in two different browsers. You should contact your ISP right away—they might be experiencing service disruptions. Edit - most providers have a check tool on their site; try accessing it from your phone. Edit 2 - A funny part of working with my ISP is when I call their support line, pick the broken internet option, and they immediately guide me to their website.

Your Wi-Fi is functioning properly, and you're currently accessing the internet through your Mac on the same network.

I'm stuck since you can check Googled DNS, but you can't reach a website. Do you have a custom DNS server configured in your IPv4 settings? If so, enable it and test again.
