Hi, after upgrading your motherboard, the Corsair Void Pro RGB Wireless headset stopped connecting. It would briefly appear in Windows before disappearing. I’ve checked Device Manager and found no unknown USB devices. I’ve tested every USB port on both my motherboard and case, but it still doesn’t work.

From the Gigabyte website, I obtained this motherboard information. The model is B550M-GAMING-X WIFI6, and I downloaded the latest version in 2024.
