I purchased a high-end machine from NZXT because I wasn’t sure about assembling it myself given the costly components. Since the moment I had it, my monitor would suddenly freeze during gameplay—sometimes within the first ten minutes or sometimes after several hours, without a clear pattern. The only solution was manually resetting the device. I experimented with various configurations, drivers, and even returned it to NZXT, but they couldn’t identify the issue and sent it back unchanged. I discovered that if I left the computer running, it would eventually freeze after about five or ten minutes, displaying a BSOD. I’m uncertain whether this freezing is caused by the system trying to thaw itself or if it’s related to the reset process. I’m seeking assistance and feel ignored since NZXT hasn’t provided any help.

Send this computer back but this time describe your problem with more details. Also - call them and spoke with real technician. You paid for it, so don't try to solve it by yourself.

Typically it's due to faulty RAM or a driver on a new PC. When it crashes, does the screen show any error messages? Yes, BlueScreenViewer can be downloaded from the site and opened with a minidump file located at C:/Windows/Minidump/<something>.log. You can paste the contents there for analysis.
