Good news, mostly positive. I replaced the old fans and they still work. The broken one still drops because of the bearing, but it starts failing during startup until it finally stops, so the card remains functional. Regarding your comments, I really appreciate the help. Given my limited electronics experience, I’m considering buying that fan kit you recommended from @IkeaGnome. If you had that part in stock, I’m confident you could fix it. I don’t understand multimeters or tracking electrical current well, which has always confused me. I’ll wait about a month for the fans and will share my thoughts afterward. Thanks again! Cheers from Montréal, Canada

You're looking for a specific fan model but can't locate it on major retailers. It seems the available options are just single fans. The broken fan might be compatible with another unit, but you need confirmation to ensure the right fit.

This would be way too straightforward, right? The person who gets the other one is the fan. When assembling the card, I saw that the fans connect to another splitter which leads to a smaller power board displaying the MARS logo on its side, and this splitter also attaches to the card's board. Ultimately, everything matches—five pins down to the board starting from the second header on the fan wires. I'm also eager for ASUS's response. I already have an open ticket about how that 5-pin connector functions. As you said, this info is still marked confidential even after ten years since its release. It seems really strange they want to keep it that way, especially since competitors might already know the details. It would be crazy if they didn't want to share it now, but I guess I'll have to wait and see what they decide about their National Secret. Cheers!

Hey everyone, the issue is resolved! Thanks to the recommendation rather than ASUS restrictions. The fans are plug-and-play even with mismatched wire colors—voltage appears from the same side, though the colors were swapped. They fit ASUS 760 MARS cards fine, are a bit smaller, but they do pull heat effectively. Cheers!
