The device is set up with an HDMI input. It shows a resolution of 1920x1080, which is 3840x2160 at 38.60 pixels per meter. The screen size is approximately 1920mm by 1080mm. Additional connections include a secondary HDMI port (DP-1-2) and another (DP-1-1), both currently disconnected. The system runs at 60.17 MHz with a refresh rate of 59.98Hz.
It appears in the dropdown for my laptop screen but not for the external one. I'm mirroring both displays, but I'm unsure if that's an issue. The settings images are attached.
Uncertain if it counts, but I looked at my screen refresh rate—it's 38.6 Hz.
I used the refresh rate of 38.60 and 60.00 here. The command I ran was: @pop-os:~$ cvt 2200 1650 38.60 # 2200x1650_38.60 191.25 2200 2336 2568 2936 1650 1653 1657 1689 -hsync: 65.14 kHz; pclk: 191.25 MHz Modeline "2200x1650_38.60" 191.25 2200 2336 2568 2936 1650 1653 1657 1689 -hsync +vsync
