Hello everyone, I just purchased a prebuilt system from Skytech Gaming. Unfortunately, the RAM I received is rated for 3200 MHz and doesn’t match my Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM which also supports that speed. My PC runs an i5 12600K on an ASRock B660M-C motherboard. I’ve updated the BIOS to the latest version but it still won’t boot properly—when I enable XMP and set the correct speed, it keeps restarting. I’ve also experimented with adjusting the RAM voltage, but that didn’t help either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Increase the voltage step by step, up to a maximum of 1.45 volts.

The default speed without OCR is board-specific. You might want to check the ASRock forum for more details.

It’s my strategy for tomorrow, though I’m hoping they’ll address the problem

They should, as the spec mentioned this board comes with a standard 3200MHz if that's correct.
