It seems the buttons might be malfunctioning or contaminated. Unless it's covered by warranty, you could attempt to open it and assess the situation.

I have the same keyboard and the same issue, the "0" key barely works, I decided to return it as it is still under warranty. It's a defect since it's not even 2 months old.
