I experience strange problems with my I/O where it would shut down and restart unexpectedly or I need to manually restart the whole PC, sometimes it works but other times not. I also face an issue with audio on my motherboard—no sound coming out, even though I confirmed the correct pins for the audio header. What steps can I take to resolve these issues? My system specs are Asus TUF B365M Plus Gaming, LGA1151, with 16GB DDR4 RAM at 2666 MHz, NVIDIA GTX 1660 MSI OC with 6GB VRAM. I have a WD 250GB SSD, a 1TB WD HDD, and a failing 1TB HDD OS running Windows 10 2004. All drivers are up to date, and I think the case is either mini ITX or Mini ATX.

I've ensured all my drivers are current and I consistently update them. I'm using Windows 10 2004.
