Wine staging is currently set up on Manjaro using rc5. You've already attempted updates multiple times without success, and you're following the Arch Wiki instructions to obtain a stable version.

It mainly captures the arch packages, though the archlinux updates aren't immediately pushed to the manjaro repository. It's more reliable than arch because it pauses before upgrades.
