I've observed that newer CoD titles often face this problem, beginning with CoD Black Ops III. I'm trying to figure out what's causing it. I've tried adjustments like setting memory to 0.75 and reducing VRAM overhead to 0.43, but the game still lags. It runs smoothly at a steady 60 fps across all settings, yet stutters appear when they do. The cycle usually looks like: 60 fps → stutter → back to 60 fps → repeat. I've turned off extra startup programs, reset virtual memory, cleared value for useplatformclock, and even used the Intelligent Standby cleaner. Still nothing works. This issue seems limited to CoD games from BO3 onward. The "System Process" appears to be accessing the disk while CoD WW2 is running, which might be the root cause. Any advice or experts would be greatly appreciated.

The issue lies in insufficient RAM. You have 8GB, but COD is a game that uses a lot of memory.

They rely on clever optimisations to stay competitive despite limited specs. Their performance likely depends on efficient coding and hardware utilisation.

Additionally, the system in Idle is consuming 2 GB of my RAM. I need to resolve this issue.
