Hello. Recently, my computer has been experiencing serious issues. It keeps triggering BSODs with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL errors. I've attempted to debug the crashes using WinDbg, but it only shows "Process name: System," indicating I don't understand the root cause. I've reinstalled drivers, uninstalled software, updated Windows and the BIOS, and tried everything else except a full system reinstall. These random BSODs are becoming unbearable, and I'm really hoping someone can assist me in resolving them.

Here is the kernel dump and
here
are some minidumps.

PC Specs
Mobo: ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)
Mobo BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc. 5021
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core CPU
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060
OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2
UPDATE: I desperately need assistance. As of now, I've experienced at least ten BSODs in one day, and nothing unusual was happening with my computer. Please do your best to help me prevent these crashes, as they're really frustrating.

Hello, welcome to the forum!
These dumps highlight different failures when a processor shifts from low-power idle mode to high-power running mode. Notably, the logical processor in each dump is either #8 or #9, suggesting they likely share the same physical core. I've observed several (mainly AMD) CPUs experiencing problems during this transition. The recommended solution is to adjust the BIOS settings and disable all C-States for every processor. This prevents the processors from entering a low-power state when idle, thus avoiding the power-related issues later on.
The main drawbacks of disabling C-States are that the CPU will run slightly hotter during idle, and there will be a marginally increased power consumption at idle. However, this should not be noticeable with a good cooler.
Please let us know if disabling C-States resolves these BSODs.

I'll attempt that and check if the BSODs persist. I'm fine with the drawbacks.

The hypervisor issues ceased?
@ubuysa
Checking his past posts here shows this machine has been troublesome for the user for over two years. If you manage to resolve it, that's a good sign.

I managed to prevent the HYPERVISOR_ERROR bluescreens by completely avoiding any hypervisor-related activities on my machine, like using VMWare or WSL. Nowadays, I still encounter BSODs, but this time the cause is different.

Maybe the issue lies with the CPU itself.

I turned off the global C-state control in my BIOS, but the BSOD still occurred. It was an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL type and the process name was "System". After adjusting the BIOS settings and also disabling the "CPPC" option, I'm hoping it will help resolve the issue without needing to replace parts.

Bad news. I've disabled "Global C-state Control", "CPPC", and "CPPC Preferred Cores" and I still get the same BSODs. This shows that I have another problem. We need to find what the real problem is so that I can get rid of those BSODs for good.

By the way, I get most of those BSODs when my computer's idling.

I have an update now. The situation has worsened significantly. I can't even leave my computer idle for ten minutes without it triggering a BSOD. I could take a break and then return to find that my machine experienced a BSOD and restarted. Disabling C-State didn't help at all. Fortunately, one of the BSODs provided information about the process responsible. In this minidump, it mentioned that Corsair iCUE was the culprit. I've already uninstalled iCUE before, but I still encounter BSODs. I'm hoping someone can examine the minidump and assist in resolving these issues.

I have another update. I experienced a BSOD even though my computer wasn’t idling. It happened suddenly while using normal tasks, and this time the BSOD displayed a "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" error with the process name "System". I found the kernel dump and minidump files. I was considering adjusting power settings in the control panel to prevent these crashes, but I’m unsure if that would help.
