While playing Valorant on a second monitor with YouTube open, the video drops to 2 frames per second and audio works fine. Other apps like Streamlabs also show frame drops without recording or streaming. The issue isn’t with high settings in Valorant, and I don’t recall any recent changes. My system specs include an Intel Core i9-9900K, RTX 2070, and a powerful motherboard. I’m using a full modular ATX power supply, 32GB RAM, and a high-end CPU cooler.
