Chosen to use a VPN mainly for torrenting. It’s not ideal since it slows down speed and disrupts online games. Even without the VPN, I keep disconnecting regularly—about every five minutes. The error messages say the default gateway isn’t reachable. Now I just want my internet working again. Edit: I’m still staying online but now getting a “no internet access” alert.

I'm not sure if the router is the problem; my phone is also online, along with other gadgets, while the PC is the only one experiencing these issues.

Did you turn off your PC and then restart it? Have you checked if any apps you use for your VPN were turned off? It’s possible the app altered your network settings and they didn’t revert correctly after you disabled it.

I've already attempted everything to fix the issue with disabling/enabling devices and restarting Windows. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, reset the network settings, but it's still not working. I'm feeling really stuck.
