I've never cheated in multiplayer games or Fortnite before. I'm 32 years old, had a serious car accident, and have been out of work for a while. I play this game just for fun and really enjoy it. I do have Cheat Engine for my single-player games, but I don’t think I used it during Fortnite. Probably that’s why I got banned. I never actually cheated in Fortnite either. Do you know if I’ll be able to get unbaned? It’s been three days and they haven’t reached out yet. Some people said others had the same problem, but Epic says they won’t unban them. That seems unfair since I’m not even skilled at the game and they can see my stats—I definitely don’t cheat.

Using Cheat Engine in a single-player game isn't the same as using it in a multiplayer setting. It's a significant distinction. I've played for years without ever resorting to cheating in multiplayer titles like Fortnite. I never employed a cheat or cheated in any of them.
