I made a picture, attempted to restore it, then reinstalled Windows. After that, I tried another image creation, which also failed (I set up a text folder to separate versions). Eventually, I managed to produce the image, though it wasn’t stable.

Programs and games don't always retain your information when instructed, which could result in losing more than just the operating system.

It seems you're sharing some information about backing up your SSD. Let me know if you need help with anything else!

What kind of image are you thinking? It’s a perfect replica, bit by bit, with no data loss at all.

It took me 10 minutes to bounce back from a picture without needing to reinstall drivers for programs or games.

the laptop i was fixing was really damaged, making it hard to upgrade to windows 10 because it would cause errors. there was no recovery partition and the bios was faulty. i used an iso stored on a usb2 stick, but the machine didn’t have an ssd. it took about three hours with driver updates and installing programs before I could restore the user files.
