Installed temporarily to clear the mind while deciding on new purchases. Still playing Doom 2016, Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, and COD: Modern Warfare 3. Keep RDR2 in my collection but mostly just need a quick boost to shake off the thoughts.

This beat 'em up offers an engaging story, numerous well-designed side missions, and is reminiscent of classic arcade titles you can enjoy on modern platforms. It’s regularly priced around $5 during Steam promotions. The series continues with six more entries, plus a new release in November, all available at discounted rates. There are also two spin-off titles: "Like a Dragon Ishin," set in 1850s Japan as a samurai, and "Yakuza Like a Dragon," a turn-based RPG similar to Dragon Quest but within the Yakuza universe. Jim Sterling provides an insightful review covering both games and their sequel, Yakuza Kiwami.

Taking a break from PC gaming because my room is the most popular in the house. Moved to a quiet spare bedroom away from the Wi-Fi router, so no cable connections. Now I’m catching up on all my Xbox One titles and other offline activities. Just wrapped up Ori and the Bling Forest, and I’m still working through Journey and Flower on Steam.

I played a bunch of Diablo 4 on release, but didn't bother with the seasonal stuff. Then I played a bit of Street Fighter 6 and was just starting to improve from "total scrub" to "distinctly below average" when Baldur's Gate 3 came out and took over my life I also raid in WoW Classic, though we're in a bit of a holding pattern waiting for ICC at the moment. Just farming Trial and popping back to Ulduar to build more Val'anyrs.

I've just begun exploring F.E.A.R., it's an excellent experience. There aren't many fresh releases that really capture my interest, so I revisit what stood out during the 2000-2010 period. When I can't discover something compelling, I often turn to myabandonware for quirky and obscure titles. To this day, I still enjoy playing Doom 3 more than anything else.

I've been enjoying Dead Cells a lot lately. It's been a lot of fun since I was younger and played NES games. The performance is great on my M1 Max Mac Studio.

I just recently completed Valhalla and was disappointed to discover the new game isn’t available there. Now I’m switching to Company of Heroes, which I’m really enjoying.
