You might test MSI Afterburner during gameplay and when stuttering occurs, use alt+tab to switch back to it to check the performance metrics of your graphics card or CPU.

your cpu consistently hits around 90% usage, just like the gpu, yet you still see smooth frame rates. changing the gpu didn’t fix it much, which is frustrating. it’s probably a bigger issue that will need replacement before you realize what’s going on.

Knowing exactly how many sticks is the question.

It seems you're questioning whether the Duel Channel is the main issue. Was that the concern?

Really, I didn’t think of that before. Nice you brought it up! A single channel at 2666Mhz would be worse than a dual channel at 2133Mhz. Having just one stick of memory is probably the main reason for the stutters. Just a reminder this was only one test, but notice how much worse 2400Mhz SC is compared to 3600Mhz SC, or even 2400Mhz DC. Particularly the gray and orange bars showing low FPS, which means stuttering.

I’d hope to get by with a decent amount of RAM, but I’m sure you tried to secure another stick. Thanks!
