The PCIe port is loading at x8, but I don't understand the reason. I'm running a Ryzen 3 3200G on a Prime A320M-E board with an X570 chipset and an RTX 3050 graphics card.

And I’d like to note that a 550 won’t fit within the 2.0 bandwidth range. It seems only recently that end cards began filling up x8 bandwidth.

I received the card because I believed my 570 was faulty, but it seems the real issues stemmed from my CPU.

Using an RX570 with only half the bandwidth might lead to noticeable stuttering.

It seems you were concerned about a 2133MHz memory issue that might have led to stuttering.

I just received a new GPU, but it didn’t fix the smoothness issues in games. I thought it was my GPU’s fault, but it’s not the real problem.
