I own an Autley 600mb/s adapter and it previously achieved 10mb/s in Steam on Pittsburgh servers. After deleting my local account, I had to reset the whole Windows, and the issue hasn't improved much since. I have all the drivers installed but they still don't work.

Could you please clarify your download and upload speeds? Also, how close are you to the router?

Speedtest reports 40mb/s download and 12mb/s upload, which is decent. Your router and adapter location stayed the same after resetting.

No, Ethernet isn't used for wireless connections. It's a wired technology.
